Precautions

WARNINGS

• Handle with care.
• Poisonous when absorbed through the skin or swallowed or inhaled.
• Toxic to fish, bees and wildlife.

• Store away from food, feed, seed, other agricultural chemicals and out of reach of children.

PRECAUTIONS

• Do not inhale spray mist.
• Wash contaminated clothing daily.
• Wash with soap and water immediately after accidental skin contact.
• Do not eat, drink or smoke whilst  applying or before washing hands and face and change of clothing.
• Avoid spraydrift onto susceptible broad-leaved plants such as fruit trees, vegetables, flower plants and shrubs as well as grazing, rivers, dams and any area not under treatment.
• Do not spray where the roots of desirable plants can absorb the chemical or in locations where the chemical may be washed or moved into contact with their roots.
• The chemical is carried downwards into the soil by water and should not be used therefore, near shrubs, trees or flowering plants.
• To avoid injury to desirable plants, spray equipment used for application should not be re-used to apply other materials to such plants.
• Dispose of wash water where it will not contaminate crops, grazing, rivers and dams.
• Destroy empty container and never use for any other purpose.
• Prevent contamination of food, feed, drinking water and eating utensils.

• Moenie spuitnewel inasem nie.
• Was onmiddellik met seep en water indien per ongeluk met die vel in aanraking kom.
• Moenie tydens of na toediening eet, drink of rook alvorens hande en gesig gewas en skoon klere aangetrek is nie.
• Verhoed spuitstofwegdrywing na gevoelige breëblaarplante soos vrugtebome, groente, blomme en struike, asook weiding, riviere, damme en enige gebied wat nie behandel word nie.
• Moenie spuit waar die wortels van gewenste plante die middel kan opneem of van waar die middel na die wortels van gewenste plante vervoer of gespoel kan word nie.
• Die middel word in die grond deur water ingedra en daar moet derhalwe nie naby struike, bome en blomplante gespuit word nie.
• Om beskadiging van gewenste plante te voorkom, moet spuittoerusting wat vir toediening gebruik is, nie weer gebruik  word vir toediening van ander middels op sulke plante nie.
• Gooi was- en spoelwater weg waar dit nie gewasse, weiding, riviere en damme sal besoedel nie.
• Vernietig leë houer en moet nooit vir enige ander doel gebruik nie.
• Voorkom besoedeling van voedsel, voer, drinkwater en eetgerei.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE USE ONLY AS DIRECTED

GENERAL

• Apply after emergence of broadleaf weeds.  Can be used on established lawns and turf consisting of the following grass cultivars:
• Bradley, Elliot, Germiston, Hall’s Selection, Harrismith, Magennis, Outeniqua, Reitz, Cape Royal, Schaapplaas, Tifton en Zwartkop blou, Kikuyu, St. Augustine, Swazi en Zoysia.

NOTE

• EFEKTO NO-WEED LAWN GEREED-VIR-GEBRUIK may cause a discoloration of the grass.  This will be of a temporary nature however.  Active growing Kikuyu-grass will be affected more severely and may require a longer period to recover. 
• The application of a nitrogenous fertilizer 2 - 3 weeks prior to treating with the herbicide is recommended.

APPLICATION

• EFEKTO NO-WEED LAWN GEREED-VIR-GEBRUIK is applied as a fine spray.  Wet total leaf surface of broadleaf weeds well.  Repeat after 2 to 4 weeks if necessary.

NOTE

• Use only on weeds growing actively in soil with sufficient moisture.

• EFEKTO NO-WEED LAWN Gereed-vir-gebruik mag ‘n verkleuring van die gras veroorsaak.  Dit sal egter tydelik van aard wees.  Kikoejoegras wat aktief groei, sal meer geaffekteer word en langer neem om te herstel. 
• Die toediening van ‘n hoë stikstofhoudende kunsmis 2-3 weke voor behandeling met die onkruiddoder word aanbeveel.

VERMENGING EN TOEDIENING

• EFEKTO NO-WEED LAWN GEREED-VIR-GEBRUIK word  as ‘n fyn bespuiting toegedien.  Benat totale blaaroppervlakte van ongewensde breëblaaronkruid deeglik.  Herhaal oor 2 tot 4 weke indien nodig.

LET WEL

• Gebruik slegs op onkruid wat aktief groei in grond met  voldoende vog.
