WARNINGS

• Grain intended to be consumed within two months should not be treated with BEXADUST
• More effective on unpainted surfaces on cockroaches.
• Handle with care.
• Store in a cool dry place away from food and feed.
• Poisonous if swallowed, by contact of the skin and inhalation.
• Keep away from children, uninformed persons and animals.
• Toxic to fish, bees and wildlife.
• Keep container tightly closed.

PRECAUTIONS

• Wear protective clothing during application and wear gloves when product is handled.
• Avoid inhalation, skin contact or swallowing of dust, wash exposed body parts and clothing after application.
• Do not smoke, eat or drink while applying the product or before washing hands and face or change of clothing.
• Destroy the empty container by perforation and do not use for any other purpose.
• Do not use in the presence of persons with known sensitivity to pyrethroids.
• Prevent contamination of food, feed, drinking water and eating utensils.

• Moenie eet, drink of rook gedurende toediening nie
• Vermy oorwaaiing na ander gewasse en oppervlaktes wat nie behandel word nie
• Vernietig leë houer en moet nie vir enige ander doel gebruik nie.
• Moenie in die teenwoordigheid van persone gebruik wat sensitief is vir piretroides nie.
• Voorkom besoedeling van voedsel, voer, drinkwater en eetgerei

Directions For Use

DIRECTIONS FOR USE USE ONLY AS DIRECTED

Larger grain borers, grain weevils and meal moths in stored maize, wheat, sorghum, groundnuts and beans.

Pre-treatment and store hygiene:

• Clean the storage bins, baskets and bags thoroughly and dust with BEXADUST at the recommended dosage rate before filling them with grain.  Also dust the inside and outer surfaces of bags, storage bins and baskets.

GRAIN TREATMENT:

•  Use 50 g BEXADUST / 100 kg bag loose grain. Apply BEXADUST to the bags, bins and baskets before they are filled with grain. Mix BEXADUST powder thoroughly with grain using a suitable tool such as a spade.

IMPORTANT:

• Grain treated with BEXADUST is fit for human consumption after two (2) months from the date of treatment and will not affect the taste of cooked grain.  Properly treated grain will be protected from insects for a period of up to nine months, depending on the storage conditions.  Periodically check the grain to ensure that it is well protected.

HOUSEHOLD PEST

• American and German Cockroaches, Bedbugs, Fleas, Ants, Fishmoths and Crickets.

GESTOORDE GRAAN

• Groot graanboorders, graankalanders en meelmotte in gestoorde mielies, koring, sorghum, grondbone en bone.

VOORAFBEHANDELDELING – STOOR HIGIENE

• Strooi 200 g BEXADUST / 20 m². Maak die stoormandjies en sakke skoon en strooi BEXADUST teen die aanbevole dosis hierbo voor dit met graan gevul word.  Stuif die binnekante en buiteoppervlaktes van die sakke, bergingshouers en mandjies

GRAANBEHANDELING 

• Gebruik 50 g BEXADUST / 100 kg los graan.  Meng die verlangde hoeveelheid BEXADUST poeier deeglik met die graan deur middel van ‘n roterende drom tipe toediener of ‘n vibrerende voermeganisme.

BELANGRIK

• Graan wat met BEXADUST behandel word is geskik vir menslike gebruik na twee (2) maande van die datum van behandeling en sal nie die smaak van die graan beiinvloed wanneer dit gaar is nie.  Behoorlik behandelde graan sal teen insekte beskerm word vir ‘n tydperk van tot nege maande afhangende van die bergingstoestande.  Inspekteer die graan gereeld vir insekbesmettings.
