Precautions

WARNINGS

• Handle with care.
• Poisonous when absorbed through the skin or swallowed or inhaled.
• Store in a cool place.
• Store away from food, feeds, seed, other agricultural remedies and out of reach of children, uninformed persons and animals.

AVOID SPRAY DRIFT ONTO SUSCEPTIBLE PLANTS E.G. ALL BROAD LEAF CROPS AS WELL AS ALL TREES, SHRUBS AND FLOWERING PLANTS.

PRECAUTIONS

• Do not inhale spray mist and fumes.
• Wash contaminated clothing daily.
• Wash with soap and water immediately after accidental skin contact.
• Do not eat, drink or smoke whilst mixing and applying or before washing hands and face and change of clothing.
• Avoid spray drift onto other crops, grazing, rivers, dams and any area not under treatment.
• To avoid injury to desirable plants, spray equipment used for application should not be re‑used to apply other materials to such plants.
• Dispose of wash water where it will not contaminate crops, grazing, rivers and dams.
• Rinse empty container three times with a volume of water equal to a minimum of 10 %  of that of the container.  Add the rinse water to the contents of the spray tank.
• Destroy empty container.  Never use for any other purpose.
• Prevent contamination of food, feeds, drinking water and eating utensils.

VOORSORGMAATREëLS  

• Vermy inaseming van sproeireën en spuitdampe.
• Was besoedelde klere daagliks.
• Was onmiddellik met seep en water indien per ongeluk met die vel in aanraking kom.
• Moenie tydens of na vermenging en toediening eet, drink of rook alvorens hande en gesig gewas en ander klere aangetrek is nie.
• Verhoed spuitstofwegdrywing na ander gewasse, weiding, riviere, damme en enige gebied wat nie behandel word nie.
• Om beskadiging van gewenste plante te voorkom, moet spuittoerusting wat vir toediening gebruik is, nie weer gebruik word vir toediening van ander middels op sulke plante nie.
• Gooi was‑ en spoelwater weg waar dit nie gewasse, weiding, riviere en damme sal besoedel nie.
• Spoel leë houer driekeer uit met 'n volume water gelykstaande aan 'n minimum van 10 %  van die houer.  Gooi die spoelwater by die inhoud van die spuittenk.
• Vernietig leë houer.  Moet nooit vir enige ander doel gebruik nie.
• Voorkom besoedeling van voedsel, voer, drinkwater en eetgerei.

Directions For Use

DIRECTIONS FOR USE USE ONLY AS DIRECTED

• Apply after emergence of broadleaf weeds growing in an established lawn or turf.
• Apply as a fine, even spray.
• Calibrate spray equipment carefully prior to application.

NOTE

• EFEKTO BANWEED MCPA may cause a discoloration of the grass.
• This will be of a temporary nature only.
• The application of a nitrogenous fertiliser 2 ‑ 3 weeks prior to treating with the herbicide is recommended.

MIXING AND APPLICATION

• Dilute 50 mℓ EFEKTO BANWEED MCPA in 5 ℓ  water and apply as an even spray onto 100 m².
• Repeat application after 14 days if necessary.
• Use only on weeds growing actively in a soil with sufficient moisture.
• Use only in fairways in the case of golf courses.

IMPORTANT  

• Application by means of a watering can or equipment attached to garden hoses is not recommended.
• Knapsack sprayers and pressurised sprayers are however suitable equipment to use.

GEBRUIKSAANWYSINGS GEBRUIK SLEGS SOOS AANGEDUI

• Dien toe na opkom van breëblaaronkruid wat in gevestigde grasperke en grasvelde groei.
• Dien toe as 'n egalige fyn bespuiting.
• Kalibreer spuittoerusting noukeurig voor toediening.

LET WEL:

• EFEKTO BANWEED MCPA mag 'n verkleuring van die grasperk veroorsaak.
• Dit sal egter tydelik van aard wees. 
• Die toediening van 'n stikstofhoudende kunsmis 2 ‑ 3 weke voor toediening van die onkruiddoder word aanbeveel.

VERMENGING EN TOEDIENING 

• Verdun 50 mℓ EFEKTO BANWEED MCPA in 5 ℓ water en dien egalig toe oor 100 m². 
• Herhaal bespuiting na 14 dae indien nodig.
• Gebruik slegs op onkruid wat aktief groei in grond met voldoende vog.
• Gebruik slegs op die skoonveld in die geval van gholfbane.

BELANGRIK 

• Toediening deur middel van gieters of toerusting wat aan tuinslange gekoppel word, word nie aanbeveel nie
• Rugsakspuite en drukspuitpompe is egter vir die doel geskik.
